Mike Carter
President
Mike Carter started in the electrical field as a summer job while in high school. During this time, he found his passion and decided right after graduation to follow in this path full time on a Commercial ground up project. He found he wanted to learn more and worked his way to Texas Instruments, wiring labs and doing tool installations. Later while at Dixico, his interests grew even more when he learned Process Systems and Equipment Installations. Mike decided to advance his career again with TI overseeing projects and growing in his trade. He has held a plethora of titles such as Project Manager, Project Director, and Division Manager overseeing Semiconductors. Mike carried himself further by going into Manufacturing, Paper Plants, Food & Beverage, and Material Handling Facilities. In 2003 he married his wife Julie and later became a father of two. Then in 2011, created 4C2 Electrical with the mission to introduce as many people to Christ as he can. Mike believes God has blessed him beyond compare and it's his duty to share that with others. During his free time, he loves doing anything and everything with his family and getting on the golf course whenever he can. Mike's favorite verse is:

Travis Fraser started his journey in the electrical industry immediately following high school. In his 20+ years in the trade he has gained a wide variety of experience across many different areas of the field. The more complicated the project the more he likes it. Travis has served in many different leadership positions since early on in his career and is currently serving as our Vice President of 4C2 Electrical. He holds master electrician licenses in numerous states enabling us to serve our customers in several locations. Travis was also instrumental in developing 4C2 Industrial and works closely with that team to grow and service our customers to the best of our ability. Travis has been married to his beautiful wife Sherri for over 20 years and they have two wonderful children. Together, they all enjoy raising cattle and taking care of the land, creatures, and family that God has blessed them with. Travis' favorite verse is:
"Commit to the Lord whatever you do and he will establish your plans."

Robbi Keirnes
Vice President Industrial
Robbi Keirnes joined 4C2 Industrial in 2020 and has been a positive leader and problem solver. He leads from a place with over 20 years of hands-on manufacturing and equipment installation knowledge. He is focused on developing his team members to take ownership of their work, along with putting Safety, Quality, and Customer service first. Robbi has an associate degree in welding engineering. After college he jumped right into learning as much as he could about welding manufacturing. During his career, he has held many leadership roles such as Supervisor, Project Manager, Account Manager, and Business Unit Manager. Growing up in a small rural town in Idaho, Robbi learned that with a positive outlook and hard work you can have great success. He believes you can never stop challenging yourself and the only disability in life is a bad attitude. His well-rounded experience in Manufacturing, Management, and Sales makes him an ideal leader. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Sammie and daughter Lauren. He enjoys being outdoors playing golf, hunting, and fishing. Robbi's favorite verse is:
