About the Role
The Office Administrator/Front Desk is the first point of contact for 4C2 and plays a key role in keeping daily office operations running smoothly. This position requires professionalism, organization, and strong communication skills to support both visitors and internal teams.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 2+ year of administrative or office experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Skills & Competencies
• Manage purchase order requests, maintain PO log, and distribute PO numbers
• Track and organize credit card receipts; assist with expense reports and submit to Accounts Payable
• Set up new jobs in QuickBooks, Paycom, and project tracking systems; communicate job details to Project Managers
• Assist with new customer setup, including collecting documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Monitor and order office supplies; keep inventory organized • Track and manage company T-shirt inventory and distribution
• Take credit card payments over the phone as needed
• Assist with job file preparation and labeling
• Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and applicants in a professional and friendly manner; maintain visitor log
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take and relay messages as needed
• Handle general front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; manage outgoing mail and postage
• Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
• Support various departments with administrative needs
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold a high level of professionalism
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support office operations
